A leading online store selling branded apparels

Client Background:
Our client is a fast-growing online apparels store that has gone from strength to strength in their short existence in the domain. They sell branded clothing and are widely recognized as one of the leading online fashion retailers.

Client Requirement:
The client wanted  to re-design and migrate their store to a platform that could help them keep pace with their ever-expanding customer base. The front-end of the store, well-known for usability, was becoming less refined and administration was also becoming difficult for our client.

  • We also had to tweak our client’s brand’s logo to bring it in line with their new site.

  • The client also wanted the re-designed store to be multi-lingual, capable of up-selling and cross-selling, and handling coupon codes.

Solutions Offered by Us:

After an in-depth analysis of our client’s business and its growth, we decided on re-designing and migrating the store to Magento. We began with tweaking the logo to make it modern yet easily recognizable. We kept the colour scheme similar so that our client’s customer base feels acquainted with the store.

We then created wireframes of different layouts and showed it to our client for approval. Our developers carried over the simplicity and ease-of-use of the old store’s design as the client’s customer base loved it. The approved layout would provide an enriched user-experience and ensure that our client can grow their inventory without having to worry about the store outgrowing. Other solutions that we provided were:

  • By using the sliding functionality on the banners, we improved the site visually and also made it easy for the users to navigate through the website.
  • We established effective calls-to-action to optimize the store’s content.
  • We also integrated a bespoke module which would display the latest products on the homepage of the store.
  • We also customized the checkout process and bought it down to three simple steps.
  • We integrated social media icons and made the site cross-device compatible.
  • Other remarkable features of the store include multi-lingual capabilities, promotional features, active blog, optimum SEO-friendliness, and many others.
